Target Information
LTK (Leukocyte Tyrosine Kinase, also known as TYK1) belongs to the receptor tyrosine kinase family related to the insulin receptor subfamily.
LTK is expressed in murine B-lymphocyte precursors and forebrain neurons.
ALK (Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase) is highly expressed in the nervous system, and truncated forms are associated with non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas.
The c-Ros gene, identified as an oncogene, is expressed in limited epithelial cell types and may play a role in epithelial development.
