Product Specific Information
- Each lot is tested for sensitivity using ELISA and specificity using immunoelectrophoresis (IEP).
- Rehydrate with 1.1 mL deionized water; allow 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. Product is overfilled for complete recovery.
- Centrifuge to remove particulates; prepare fresh working dilution daily.
- Shelf life: 1 year from date of receipt.
- Based on IEP, no reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin human serum proteins.
Target Information
Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target molecules.
Secondary antibodies provide versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification and can be used with various detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence).
Typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation).
