Alexa Fluor Plus secondary antibodies deliver brighter fluorescence signals compared to conventional Alexa Fluor conjugates, enhancing signal-to-noise ratios for critical imaging experiments.
These antibodies utilize proprietary dye chemistry for superior visualization of low-abundance targets and reduced optimization time.

Usage Tip:
Before use, centrifuge the conjugate solution briefly and use only the supernatant to remove possible aggregates and reduce nonspecific background staining. Optimal dilution should be determined empirically for each application.
