Target Information
IRS-1는 인슐린 수용체의 주요 기질로, 인슐린, IGF-1, IL-4에 의해 자극된 세포에서 인산화됩니다. IRS-1은 다양한 조직에서 세린, 트레오닌, 티로신 잔기에 인산화되며, casein kinase II가 IRS-1의 일부 인슐린 자극 인산화를 매개합니다. Thr 502는 rat IRS-1에서 주요 casein kinase II 인산화 부위로 확인되었으며, Ser 99 또한 추가적인 인산화 부위입니다. IRS-1은 14-3-3 단백질 결합 부위(Ser 270, Ser 374, Ser 641)를 포함하며, Ser 270 주변 모티프는 인슐린 수용체와의 상호작용에 중요한 phosphotyrosine 결합 도메인 내에 위치합니다.
