MEMO1은 세포 이동을 조절하며, 세포 외 화학주성 신호를 미세소관 세포골격으로 전달합니다. ERBB2 신호전달의 매개체로 작용하며, MEMO1-RHOA-DIAPH1 경로는 ERBB2 의존적 미세소관 안정화에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 APC와 CLASP2의 세포막 위치 조절을 통해 MACF1의 미세소관 포획 및 안정화에 기여합니다. 유방암 세포 이동에 필수적인 단백질입니다.
