Anti-Chicken secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for chicken immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target.
Secondary antibodies provide versatility for various detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
These antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with a pooled population of immunoglobulins from the target species and may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to ensure high specificity.
