Target Information
hnRNP DL은 광범위하게 발현되는 heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs) 하위군에 속합니다. hnRNP 단백질은 RNA 결합 단백질로, heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA)와 복합체를 형성하여 pre-mRNA 가공 및 mRNA 대사, 수송 과정에 관여합니다. 대부분 핵 내에 존재하지만 일부는 핵과 세포질 사이를 이동합니다. hnRNP 단백질은 고유한 핵산 결합 특성을 가지며, 이 단백질은 RNA 결합 도메인(RRM)을 두 개 포함합니다. 세 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변이가 보고되었으며, 그중 하나는 nonsense-mediated mRNA decay의 후보로 번역되지 않을 수 있습니다. 이 단백질의 isoform은 HNRPD와 유사합니다.
