Target Information
NIM1K serine/threonine kinase (NIM1)는 CAMK kinase family에 속합니다. 다른 AMPK 관련 kinase와 달리, NIM1은 LKB1에 의해 인산화 및 활성화되지 않습니다. 폐 신경내분비암 및 폐 대세포암 샘플에서 두 가지 체세포 돌연변이(P333S 및 P411T)가 발견되었습니다. NIM1의 유전자 온톨로지(GO) 주석에는 다음이 포함됩니다:
