Target Information
LRRK2 (Leucine-rich repeat kinase 2) is a multidomain protein containing kinase, GTPase, and leucine-rich repeat domains. Mutations in LRRK2 are linked to Parkinson’s disease. The protein includes ankyrin repeat, LRR, kinase, DFG-like, RAS, GTPase, MLK-like, and WD40 domains. It is primarily cytoplasmic but also associates with the mitochondrial outer membrane.
