C17.8 항체는 IL-12 및 IL-23의 p40 서브유닛을 인식하며, 두 사이토카인의 생물학적 활성을 중화합니다. IL-12는 활성화된 단핵구, 대식세포, 수지상세포에서 분비되는 70 kDa 이종이합체로 p40과 p35로 구성됩니다. IL-23은 p19와 p40 단백질의 이황화 결합으로 이루어진 이종이합체로, 활성화된 수지상세포에서 발현됩니다.

Applications Tested: 자극된 마우스 세포의 intracellular flow cytometry 분석에 사용됨. ≤ 0.25 µg/test 권장.

Target Information
IL-12는 항원 자극에 의해 수지상세포, 호중구, 대식세포, 림프모세포에서 생성되는 인터류킨입니다. IL-12A(p35)와 IL-12B(p40)로 구성된 이종이합체이며, 혈관 내피세포의 접착 분자 발현을 증가시키고, 백혈구를 종양으로 유도하여 종양 조직의 괴사를 유도합니다.
IL-23은 IL-12B(p40)와 IL-23A(p19)로 구성된 이종이합체로, 기억 T세포 자극 및 Th17 세포의 유도, 유지, 기능 조절에 필수적입니다. Th17 세포는 호중구 화학유인물질 및 다양한 염증성 사이토카인을 상향 조절하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다.
