AAK1 serine/threonine kinase는 NAK 패밀리의 구성원으로, 엔도사이토시스 조절 역할을 수행합니다. SNF1 서브패밀리에 속하는 Ser/Thr 단백질 키나아제로, AP-2 복합체의 서브유닛을 인산화하여 막 수용체의 엔도사이토시스를 촉진합니다. 클라트린에 의해 키나아제 활성이 자극됩니다.
