Product Specific Information
Description:
The N418 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD11c (integrin alphaX), which associates with beta2 integrin to form the CD11c/CD18 heterodimer. CD11c is expressed by dendritic cells, subsets of intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes, and some activated T cells. It binds to CD54, iC3b, and fibrinogen, playing a role in leukocyte adhesion. N418 recognizes CD11c on splenic dendritic cells and precipitates a 150/90 kDa heterodimer.

- Flow cytometry: ≤ 0.25 µg/test (100 µL final volume; 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test)
