Target Information
26S proteasome은 20S core와 19S regulator로 구성된 고도로 정렬된 다중촉매 단백질분해 복합체입니다.
20S core는 4개의 링(각각 7개의 α 및 β 서브유닛)으로 구성되며, 19S regulator는 ATPase 및 비-ATPase 서브유닛으로 이루어진 base와 lid로 구성됩니다.
이 복합체는 ATP/ubiquitin 의존적 비-리소좀 경로를 통해 펩타이드를 절단하며, 면역프로테아좀의 주요 기능은 class I MHC 펩타이드의 가공입니다.
PSMC4 유전자는 triple-A ATPase 계열의 하나로, chaperone-like 기능을 가지며, 간에서 고발현되는 orphan nuclear receptor 및 간암 단백질 gankyrin과 상호작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
두 가지 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
