Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The ELK3 protein belongs to the ETS-domain transcription factor family and the ternary complex factor (TCF) subfamily. These proteins regulate transcription via serum response factor binding to serum response elements. ELK3 is activated by signal-induced phosphorylation and acts as a transcriptional inhibitor in the absence of Ras, but activates transcription when Ras is present.
