Target Information
SH3BP1은 특정 신호전달 경로 단백질의 SH3 도메인에 선택적으로 결합합니다. ABL1, SRC, GRB2 단백질과 우선적으로 결합하며, Rac 관련 단백질에 대해 GAP 활성을 보이지만 Rho 또는 Ras 관련 단백질에는 활성을 보이지 않습니다. 또한 PDGF에 의해 유도되는 Rac 매개 막 주름 형성을 억제합니다.
