Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

FGF23는 섬유아세포 성장인자(fibroblast growth factor) 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, 다양한 생물학적 과정(배아 발달, 세포 성장, 형태형성, 조직 재생, 종양 성장 및 침윤)에 관여합니다.
이 유전자의 생성물은 신장 세뇨관 인산염 수송을 억제하며, 돌연변이는 상염색체 우성 저인산혈증성 구루병(ADHR)과 관련이 있습니다.
FGF23의 비정상적 과발현은 종양성 저인산혈증성 골연화증과 관련이 있으며, 또한 가족성 종양성 석회증(familial tumoral calcinosis)과도 연관되어 있습니다.
