EBNA3A는 Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV)에 의해 형질전환된 림프모세포계 세포주에서 발현되는 잠재적 바이러스 핵단백질입니다. 일부 면역모세포 림프종에서도 발견되며, EBV 매개 B 림프구 형질전환에 필수적입니다. EBNA3A는 전사 조절 인자로 작용하나, 정확한 표적 유전자는 아직 알려지지 않았습니다.
