The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
The enzyme encoded by the ALG1 gene catalyzes the first mannosylation step in the biosynthesis of lipid-linked oligosaccharides. Mutations in this gene are associated with congenital disorder of glycosylation type Ik.
