The Anza™ Restriction Enzyme Cloning System employs a single buffer and protocol for all Anza restriction enzymes. This unified system allows multiple restriction enzymes to be used simultaneously in one reaction, eliminating the need for sequential digests and buffer changes. The Anza buffer and restriction enzymes are designed for flexible digestion times, supporting up to 16 hours of incubation without star activity.

Anza Red Buffer contains a density gradient and tracking dyes for added convenience. Digestion reactions are equally efficient in both Anza Red Buffer and Anza Buffer. The Red Buffer reduces pipetting steps during multiple digestions and is suitable for agarose gel electrophoresis. For fluorescence-based analyses, the colorless Anza Buffer is recommended.

The Anza 5-Pack Starter Kit is part of the Anza Restriction Enzyme Cloning System, which simplifies and unifies traditional cloning workflows.
