Target Information
FITC (fluorescein isothiocyanate)는 자외선 또는 청색광을 흡수하여 분자를 여기시켜 황록색의 가시광선을 방출하는 형광 염료입니다. 이 방출은 여기광 제거 시 즉시 중단됩니다. 형광 표지법은 항원-항체 상호작용의 정확한 위치를 신속하게 확인할 수 있게 해주며, FITC는 단백질에 쉽게 결합되어 생물학적 활성을 유지할 수 있어 면역형광 기법에서 널리 사용됩니다.
Anti-FITC 항체는 FITC 표지 세포를 자성 마이크로비드 기반 분리 또는 배경 신호 제거에 활용할 수 있습니다.
