Dermatopontin은 세포-기질 상호작용 및 기질 조립에 관여하는 세포외 기질 단백질로, 다양한 조직에서 발견되며 많은 티로신 잔기가 황산화되어 있습니다. 또한 decorin과의 상호작용을 통해 TGF-beta의 작용을 조절하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
