Target Information
Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor (TFPI)는 lipoprotein-associated coagulation inhibitor로도 알려진 단백질 분해효소 억제제입니다. TF 의존적 혈액 응고 경로를 조절하며, 주로 혈관 내피와 혈장에서 발견됩니다.
응고 과정은 factor VIIa–TF 복합체 형성으로 시작되며, 이는 factor IX와 X를 활성화하여 섬유소 응고를 유도합니다. TFPI는 활성화된 factor X와 VIIa–TF 복합체를 억제하여 자가 조절 루프를 형성합니다.
