Target Information

RPS6KA6 (RSK4) is a member of the RSK kinase family, activated by ERKs and mitogens. These kinases contain two non-identical kinase domains. RSK4 encodes a serine/threonine protein kinase regulated by growth factors. It may differ from other family members, as studies suggest it is not growth factor dependent and may not participate in the same signaling pathways.
