- Aliquots of 5 µg, 10 µg, and 20 µg sizes are not recommended; use directly from original packaging.
- For larger sizes, minimize freeze/thaw cycles by preparing aliquots (not below 20 µL).
- Do not store kinase in diluted form.

Target Information
The proto-oncogene PIM1 is upregulated in prostate cancer and belongs to the Serine/Threonine protein kinase family. It plays a role in signal transduction in blood cells and may influence chromatin structure or silencing by phosphorylating HP1 gamma/CBX3. PIM1 is primarily expressed in hematopoietic and germ line cells.
