Aliquots of 5 µg, 10 µg, and 20 µg sizes are not recommended; use original packaging until exhausted.
For larger sizes, prepare aliquots to reduce freeze/thaw cycles (do not prepare aliquots below 20 µL).
Never store kinase diluted.

Ephrin receptors mediate developmental events, particularly in the nervous system.
EPHA3 encodes a protein that binds ephrin-A ligands.
Receptors in the EPH subfamily typically have:
- A single kinase domain
- An extracellular region containing a Cys-rich domain
- Two fibronectin type III repeats
Ephrin receptors are divided into two groups based on extracellular domain sequence similarity and ligand binding affinity.
EPHA3 specifically binds ephrin-A ligands.
