In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) Integrin beta 2 and recombinant human Integrin beta 3 is observed, 5% cross-reactivity with rmIntegrin beta 1, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rmIntegrin beta 4 is observed.

Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Target Information

ITGB6 (Integrin alpha-V/beta-6) is a receptor for fibronectin and cytotactin. It recognizes the sequence R-G-D in its ligands. Internalization of integrin alpha-V/beta-6 via clathrin-mediated endocytosis promotes carcinoma cell invasion.
