CALCOCO1 (calcium-binding and coiled-coil domain-containing protein 1), also known as CoCoA, Calphoglin, Sarcoma antigen NY-SAR-3 또는 Coiled-Coil Coactivator Protein으로 불리며, 691개의 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 세포질과 핵 사이를 이동하며 aryl hydrocarbon 및 nuclear receptor의 공동활성인자로 작용합니다. CALCOCO 패밀리에 속하며, PPA1 및 PGM1과 복합체를 형성하여 androgen 신호전달 및 Wnt/β-catenin 경로에 관여합니다.
