Target Information
Glucocorticoid Receptor (NR3C1)는 글루코코르티코이드의 수용체로서 전사 인자 및 다른 전사 인자의 조절자로 작용합니다. 이 수용체는 열충격 단백질 및 면역필린과 복합체를 형성하며, 리간드 결합 시 세포질에서 핵으로 이동합니다. 심장(좌·우심방, 좌·우심실, 대동맥, 심첨부, 심실중격, 방실결절 등)에서 발현되며, 다양한 스플라이싱 및 번역 개시 부위로 인해 여러 동형 단백질이 존재합니다. NR3C1 유전자 변이는 글루코코르티코이드 저항성을 유발할 수 있습니다. 또한, 활성화를 위해 샤페론 단백질 복합체와의 결합이 필요하며, 덱사메타손 등의 스테로이드와 나노몰 농도에서 결합합니다.
