Target Information

ORAI3는 칼슘 신호 전달 및 항상성 조절에 관여하는 단백질 코딩 유전자입니다. ORAI 단백질군의 일원으로, 세포막의 칼슘 방출 활성화 칼슘(CRAC) 채널을 형성합니다. 이 채널은 소포체 내 칼슘 고갈에 의해 활성화되어 세포질 내로 칼슘 이온이 유입됩니다. ORAI3는 T세포 활성화, 근육 수축, 신경전달물질 방출 등 다양한 생리학적 과정에 관여하며, 발현 또는 기능 이상 시 면역 질환, 암, 심혈관 질환 등과 관련이 있습니다.
