Target Information
Mouse IgM은 항원에 반응하여 B 세포에 의해 생성되는 면역글로불린 M 항체로, 면역 반응 초기 단계에서 가장 먼저 생성되는 항체입니다. 혈청에서 가장 큰 구조를 가지며, 다섯 개의 heavy chain과 다섯 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있습니다. 보체 활성화 및 항원 응집에 관여하며, 선천 면역 반응에서 병원체를 중화하는 중요한 역할을 수행합니다.
Mouse IgM은 ELISA, Western blotting, Immunohistochemistry 등 다양한 연구 및 진단 응용 분야에서 널리 사용됩니다.
