• Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
• Recommended dilutions:
  • Sandwich ELISA: 0.4–2 µg/mL
  • Competitive ELISA: 1–10 µg/mL
• Lyophilized product remains stable up to 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.
• After reconstitution, store for 2–3 weeks at 2–8°C or up to 12 months at -20°C or below.
• Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.

Target Information

Mosunetuzumab is an investigational, humanized, T-cell bispecific antibody designed to engage T cells and redirect their cytotoxic activity against malignant B cells. It binds simultaneously to CD3 epsilon (CD3ε) on T cells and CD20 on B cells, resulting in TCR crosslinking and activation leading to B-cell killing.
