Target Information
STAT5 alpha는 STAT 전사인자 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, 사이토카인 및 성장인자 자극에 반응하여 인산화된 후 핵으로 이동해 전사 활성화 인자로 작용합니다.
IL2, IL3, IL7, GM-CSF, EPO, TPO 등 다양한 리간드에 의해 활성화되며, 종양 형성과 관련된 TEL/JAK2 융합 유전자에 의해 자극 독립적으로 활성화될 수 있습니다.
STAT5A는 BCL2L1/BCL-X(L) 발현을 유도하여 항아폽토시스 기능을 나타내며, 생식, 수유, 면역 기능, 체성 성장 등 다양한 생리적 과정에 관여합니다.
