Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach ~1 mg/mL concentration.
- For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
HAO1 has 2-hydroxyacid oxidase activity, showing highest activity on the 2-carbon substrate glycolate. It is also active on 2-hydroxy fatty acids such as 2-hydroxy palmitate and 2-hydroxy octanoate.
