Target Information
Alpha-1-AT는 간에서 합성되며, trypsin, elastase, chymotrypsin, collagenase, leucocytic proteases, plasmin, thrombin 등의 프로테아제를 억제합니다. Alpha-1-AT 결핍 시 이러한 효소들이 폐 실질을 손상시켜 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환(폐기종) 및 영아 간경변증과 같은 질환을 유발할 수 있습니다. Alpha-1-AT 수준은 조직 괴사 및 염증 시 급성기 반응으로 증가하며, 류마티스 관절염, 세균 감염, 혈관염, 암종증 등에서 상승합니다.
