Target Information
Beta Arrestin 1은 중추신경계에서 특히 풍부하게 발현되는 단백질로, 신호전달에 중요한 어댑터 및 스캐폴드 역할을 합니다. 이 단백질은 G단백질 결합 수용체(GPCR)의 작용제 의존성 탈감작 및 내재화를 매개하며, mitogenic signaling에 필수적입니다.
GPCR은 리간드 결합 후 G단백질 수용체 키나아제(GRK)에 의해 세린 잔기에서 인산화되며, 세포질 내 Beta Arrestin 1은 ERK1/2에 의해 Ser412에서 인산화되어 음성 피드백 메커니즘을 통해 수용체에 결합합니다. 이후 Ser412가 탈인산화되고 GPCR이 내재화되어 Ras, Raf, ERK1/2 신호 경로가 활성화됩니다.
