- 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주일 보관 가능하며, 장기 보관 시 소량으로 분주하여 -20°C에 보관하십시오.
- 반복적인 동결·해동은 피하십시오.
- 사용 전 모든 항체 용액은 10,000 × g, 5분간 원심분리 후 사용하십시오.

TrkB는 신경영양인자 결합 후 자가 인산화 및 MAPK 경로 단백질 인산화를 유도하여 세포 분화를 조절합니다.
TrkB 유전자의 돌연변이는 비만 및 기분 장애와 연관된 것으로 보고되었습니다. 다양한 스플라이스 변이체가 존재하여 여러 이소폼을 형성합니다.
