Target Information
GATA3는 T세포 수용체(TCR)의 알파, 베타, 감마, 델타 4개 서브유닛 유전자의 발현을 조절하는 전사 인자입니다. Marine과 Winoto(1991)는 GATA3가 모든 TCR 유전자의 인핸서 요소에 결합함을 확인하였으며, 이는 T세포 수용체 유전자 활성화에 중요한 역할을 합니다. GATA3는 T림프구 계통에서 풍부하게 발현되며, 두 개의 아연 손가락(zinc finger) 도메인을 포함합니다. 인간 GATA3 유전자는 6개의 엑손으로 구성되어 있으며, GATA1과 높은 서열 유사성을 보입니다.
