Target Information
MMP13 (collagenase 3)은 세포외 기질 단백질, 특히 섬유성 콜라겐, fibronectin, TNC, ACAN의 분해에 관여합니다.
Type I, II, III 콜라겐을 절단하며, 특히 용해성 Type II 콜라겐에 대해 높은 활성을 보입니다. 또한 Type IV, XIV, X 콜라겐도 분해할 수 있습니다.
MMP13은 상처 치유, 조직 재형성, 연골 분해, 골 발달, 골 무기질화 및 골화 과정에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
정상적인 배아 골 발달과 골화에 필요하며, 유전자 변이는 spondyloepimetaphyseal dysplasia Missouri type, metaphyseal anadysplasia 1, metaphyseal dysplasia Sphar type과 관련될 수 있습니다.
