For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882) prior to use.
Target Information
CD19 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily with two Ig-like domains. It is expressed on 100% of peripheral B cells and certain myeloid leukemia cells. CD19 serves as a critical regulator of B cell proliferation and differentiation, acting as a signal-amplifying coreceptor for the B cell receptor (BCR). Mutations in CD19 can lead to hypogammaglobulinemia, while overexpression is associated with B cell hyperactivity.
