Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CD19 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily with two Ig-like domains. It is expressed on nearly all peripheral B cells and may also be expressed on certain myeloid leukemia cells. CD19 serves as an important regulator of B cell proliferation and differentiation, functioning as a signal-amplifying coreceptor for the B cell receptor (BCR).
Mutations in CD19 can lead to hypogammaglobulinemia, while overexpression may cause B cell hyperactivity.
