Precise Thermoregulation for High Reproducibility
The AREX 5 Digital is ideal for temperature-sensitive laboratory applications requiring precise and accurate thermoregulation to ensure maximum reproducibility.
It can be connected to external probes Pt100 and Pt1000 or VTF for precise medium temperature control.
- CerAlTop™ plate reaches up to 310°C
- Accuracy: ±1.0°C with Pt100/Pt1000, ±0.5°C with VTF
- Two thermoregulation modes:
- FAST: Quick temperature rise with slight overshoot
- FINE: Slower, optimized overshoot
Powerful Stirring for All Lab Applications
Equipped with a brushless motor, the AREX 5 Digital stirs volumes up to 20 L (H₂O) with precise speed control from 50 to 1500 rpm.
VELP’s SpeedServo™ torque compensation ensures constant speed even when viscosity changes.
Strong magnetic coupling supports multiple vial reactions with consistent stirring performance.
A Safe Hotplate Stirrer Designed to Last
Designed for operator safety and durability:
- Insulating disk and die-cast aluminum housing protect internal electronics
- Resistant CerAlTop™ ceramic-coated top (135 mm) protects against chemicals and scratches
- Safety circuits, over-temperature protection, and probe detection alarms
- “Hot” warning displayed when plate exceeds 50°C
