Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NF-kB is a nuclear transcription factor activated by various stimuli such as cytokines, UV radiation, stress, and microbial products. It regulates cellular processes including growth, differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis, and inflammation.
NFKB1 (p50) is a 50 kDa subunit of NF-kB, synthesized as a p105 precursor containing DNA-binding and dimerization domains. It forms homodimers or heterodimers with p65, directing nuclear translocation and DNA binding.
NF-kB plays a pathological role in diseases such as AIDS, hematogenic cancer metastasis, and rheumatoid arthritis.
