Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Calreticulin (CALR) is a calcium-binding chaperone that assists in protein folding, oligomeric assembly, and quality control within the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) through the calreticulin/calnexin cycle. It transiently interacts with monoglucosylated glycoproteins synthesized in the ER and with the DNA-binding domain of NR3C1 to mediate nuclear export. Calreticulin may also play a role in maternal gene expression regulation and oocyte maturation via calcium homeostasis regulation.
