Target Information
CD64 (FCGR1A) encodes a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor involved in immune response. It is one of three related gene family members on chromosome 1. Dysfunction of CD64 has been associated with conditions such as cervical adenitis and tetrasomy 21.
