- Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water.
- After reconstitution, store undiluted at 4°C in the dark.
- For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
- Mouse anti-Human CD64 antibody, clone 10.1, recognizes the human CD64 cell surface antigen (~75 kDa glycoprotein) expressed by monocytes.

CD64 (FCGR1A) encodes a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor involved in immune response.
It is one of three related genes located on chromosome 1.
CD64 dysfunction has been studied in cervical adenitis and tetrasomy 21.
