Target Information
STAT6 단백질은 사이토카인, 특히 IL-4 및 IL-13에 의해 활성화되는 전사인자입니다. STAT6 결핍 마우스(Stat6-/-)는 IL-4 매개 Th2 세포 분화, 세포 표면 마커 발현, T세포 증식, IgE class switching 등의 기능이 결핍되어 있습니다. STAT6 mRNA는 말초혈액 림프구, 대장, 장, 난소, 전립선, 흉선, 비장, 신장, 간, 폐, 태반 등에서 발현됩니다. STAT6는 Th2 면역반응에 필수적이며, IL-4 매개 생물학적 반응에 중요한 역할을 합니다. STAT6는 STAT6a 및 STAT6c 두 가지 주요 isoform으로 존재합니다.
