Target Information
STAT6 단백질은 인터루킨-4(IL-4) 및 IL-13에 의해 활성화되는 전사 인자입니다. STAT6 결손 마우스(Stat6-/-)는 Th2 보조 T세포 분화, 세포 표면 마커 발현, T세포 증식, IgE로의 면역글로불린 클래스 전환 등 IL-4 매개 기능이 결핍되어 있습니다. STAT6 mRNA는 말초혈 림프구, 대장, 장, 난소, 전립선, 흉선, 비장, 신장, 간, 폐 및 태반에서 검출되며, Th2 면역 반응에 핵심적인 역할을 합니다. STAT6은 IL-4 매개 생물학적 반응에 필수적이며, STAT6a와 STAT6c 두 가지 이소형으로 존재합니다.
