TrkB는 tyrosine kinase 수용체로, 신경영양인자 결합 시 MAPK 경로 구성요소를 인산화하여 세포 분화 신호를 유도합니다. TrkB 유전자 변이는 비만 및 기분 장애와 관련이 있으며, 다양한 스플라이스 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
