Target Information
BCL7B is a positive regulator of apoptosis and plays a role in the Wnt signaling pathway, negatively regulating the expression of Wnt signaling components CTNNB1 and HMGA1. It is involved in cell cycle progression, maintenance of nuclear structure, and stem cell differentiation. May contribute to lung tumor development or progression.
