Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the class II cytokine receptor family. It forms a receptor complex with interleukin 10 receptor beta (IL10RB). This complex interacts with cytokines IL28A, IL28B, and IL29, whose expression can be induced by viral infection. Cells overexpressing this protein show enhanced responses to IL28A and IL29, but decreased response to IL28B. Three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
